The Eswatini Nursing Council (ENC) is a professional body which endeavors to be the centre of excellence nationally, regionally and internationally. Our mandate is to ensure public protection through best regulatory practices that meet international standards. It is our believe that in order to meet such standards legislation, regulatory frameworks which include education and practice standards, Scopes of Practice, continuing professional development programs as well as code of conduct for nurses are in place and enforced. The ENC is guided by the Nurses’ and Midwives Act No.16 of 1965.
