WHO WE ARE: Nelport International Trading (N.I.T) was established under the Nelcon Group. N.I.T was the brainchild of the Founding Members who have gained extensive knowledge of many sectors of both the local South African market and the Global Economy, having a strong focus on Mining, Oil & Energy and Construction. This Entity was formed as a multi-purpose vehicle for Trading, and by Trading, we like to believe that anything that is above board is a potential sale. We assist High net-worth Individuals, Corporates and Government to procure Product and/or services at the best market-rate at time of transaction. We have an extensive and reputable supply chain that is regularly vetted and can meet any of our Client’s needs in respect of our triple “P” Principle, which represents Product / Price / Period N.I.T. has been built from the ground up using strong ethics, hard work and partnering with the right people. WHERE WE ARE: As Nelport International Trading is a Global structure, we have successfully assisted many parties in concluding transactions, both locally and abroad. We have our Head Office in the British Virgin Isles with Branches in Johannesburg, South Africa and Sydney, Australia. OUR MISSION: N.I.T. focuses are multi-faceted, flexible, dynamic and disruptive Our motto is “They always come back” and this is testimony to the ability of N.I.T. to ensure every deal is concluded, protecting all parties and resulting in a satisfied buyer and a satisfied seller. When N.I.T. undertakes to manage a deal for and on behalf of our clients, our team of experts work synergistically to provide the most reasonable solution available through negotiating what’s fair for both parties. N.I.T. Prides itself on Teamwork (essential to providing solutions) through having our own In-House Legal and Finance department, a knowledgeable Sales team and a hungry Procurement team who tend to find multiple suppliers offering our clientele a variety of workable options. OUR SCOPE: N.I.T offers a variety of services including, but not limited to, Commodity Trading Software Implementation and Support Private Equity N.P.O Foundation Our Commodity Trading Division operates on a Deal-by-Deal basis, securing the Buyer with a Proof of Product and the Supplier with a Proof of Funds. We do both Spot Deals and Fixed / Open Term Contracts. Examples of Products that we deal in, include: Mineral Agricultural Diesel PPE And some unusual ones such as: Baby Formula Donkey Hides We have developed a strong network of Mines / Refineries throughout Africa, Middle East and Cambodia. Our Software Implementation and Support division is currently engaged with: A partnership with Sendmarc and various Blue Chip Companies has allowed us the opportunity to create Employment for Technical engineers to support the product whilst being rolled out into the Eco-system. We have found a niche to support Clients with the Workmans Compensation Fund. Our partnership with Phezulu Solutions supports Vendors submitting their claims on-line and managing the relationship ensuring timeous payments are made. We engage with Mediswitch ensuring authorization codes tie up. Our affiliation with Afrika Tikkun has allowed us the opportunity to create Employment, through work readiness and technical training and guaranteeing a one-year internship and thereafter they are afforded the opportunity to open their franchise and service their own clientele. Our Private Equity division controlled out of the British Virgin Isles has an investment mandate to invest Funds in the following vehicle assets: Residential Property, Crypto-currency, Equity in Private Companies. Funds are set aside to re-invest in Socio-Economic Development projects including selected charitable organizations and Enterprise Development supporting other sectors of our operations.
